The purpose of the Music Ministry is to provide music that is of excellent quality for all worship services in order to proclaim the glory of God.

The music is selected from an array of styles from all periods of music.

Special attention is given in the worship services to hymns by contemporary writers.

The Music Ministry of St. Paul's Church is blessed with ensembles of talented and dedicated musicians. They are led by Rose Ann Ellis-Burgess, Director of Music/Organist.
 

Instrumentalists:

We welcome those persons who play instruments as a solo or to accompany the choirs and handbells.
 

Bagpipe Ensemble

The Virginia Highlands Pipes and Drum Band hold their practice sessions at the church on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. If you are interested in knowing more about this ensemble, please contact, The Rev'd Dr. Robert Copenhaver, 540-556-8307.
